These main course choices can be included in all packages except the Presentation Buffet

Fresh homemade pasta, ragoût wild mushrooms, spinach, parmesan shavings
Twice baked cheese soufflé, cream, spring onions and Olde Sussex cheddar
Roasted butternut squash and celeriac pasty, baby spinach, olive oil new potatoes
Pan fried gnocci, artichokes, red pepper, purple sprouting broccoli

A platter of local cheese and biscuits for 10 people on the table (price can be adjusted for smaller or larger tables).
