All guests must be catered for.

Selection of wraps and sandwiches prepared by our chefs. To include:

Rare roast beef
Egg mayonnaise
Home smoked salmon and crème fraiche
Chicken Caesar salad
Olde Sussex Cheddar and piccalilli
B.L.T.

Plus 4 of the following choices:

Crispy chicken goujons with herb mayonnaise
Prawn Maryrose with baby gem lettuce
Honey glazed cocktail sausages
Cajun spiced potato wedges with sour cream
Poached salmon, pickled cucumber and crème fraiche
Caramelized onion tart tatin, grilled goats cheese

Cheese Buffet

A Selection of English cheeses with French bread sticks, dried fruit and chutney

All incoming evening guests must be catered for and also approximately half of the guests who have eaten the wedding breakfast.


Hog Roast Buffet

Hog Roast – carved with apple sauce and stuffing - served with rolls and butter

There needs to be a minimum of 50 guests and it should be appreciated that hog roasts can be difficult in cold or wet weather. All guests must be catered for.
