September Recipe: Panna Cotta

Natural Yogurt Vanilla Panna Cotta

500ml Cream
70g Caster Sugar
3 Vanilla Pods scraped
1 and half gelatine leaves
165g natural yogurt

  1. Boil the cream, sugar and vanilla together
  2. Meanwhile soak the leaves in cold water
  3. Once the cream mix has boiled, add the gelatine leaves and whisk until dissolved. Leave to cool
  4. Whisk in the yogurt then pour into shot glasses or other glass of your choice
  5. Set in the fridge overnight
  6. Optional point – top with fruit to decorate
