Bzzzz… Or should that be Mmmmm?


The bees must have heard how VERY good the food is here!! They have flocked to the garden and whilst waiting for a table in the restaurant are enjoying the broad beans!

The new menu was launched this week … and has some delicious things on it. My choice this evening: a warm south coast lobster tart with samphire, poached egg and lobster bisque; roast sirloin of ‘Rother Valley’ organic beef, Rossini, truffle gnocchi, broccoli, almonds, pickled shallots and to finish, frozen black cherry mousse, textures of chocolate, poached cherries …. Mmmmm
